TV Pro 300 Settings Menu

On the remote control, simultaneously press áâ to show the Settings menu. The user can use áâ to navigate and OK to select from the four options.

About this device

Shows the status and various support information about the device.

Find Remote Control

Note: If the remote control is lost, a USB keyboard or mouse needs to be connected to the TV Pro 300 to access the Find Remote Control feature.

To locate the remote control using a sound, from the About this device screen:

Navigate to:

A sound will play on the remote control and the button will change to:

Network

Shows the hospital internet connectivity and allows the user to run a checkup on the Teladoc Health network status.

Stethoscope

Allows the user to connect and select a Bluetooth stethoscope if needed.

Note: The TV Pro 300 does not require a stethoscope for use.

Default camera position

Allows the user to preset the direction the camera is facing in and out of a virtual session.

After selecting Default camera position, the user will first see Fixed camera view. With the TV Pro 300 wall mounted, previewing the Fixed camera view (denoted as Wide Angle) will allow the user to adjust the tilt of the mount if needed.

Using the ß and à arrows, the user can select the Main camera or the Wide Angle camera.
